Free or Low Cost Treatment Resources for Anxiety/OCD

During the current pandemic, finding help for an anxiety disorder can be challenging as most therapists are busy and also often have long wait lists. I get calls almost everyday from potential new clients and I just don’t have any room for more clients. And sometimes the anxiety doesn’t require professional help and can be addressed in other, usually less expensive, ways. With the above in mind, I thought I’d share some of the less expensive resources that you might try instead of, or in addition to, finding a therapist.
